LAYOUTS
Layouts are a simple way to
explain the intent of your particular system. These can be as basic as a
simplex (single) pump design or as complex as a triplex pump with a duplex
valve. The configuration are unlimited these layouts are just meant as a
starting point.

Layout one utilizes a single pump that can be energized
during an event or it can be made to be de-energized during an event.

Layout two can gravity flow to a
storm drain or a sanitary sewer and during an event close flow or to that
direction.

Layout three may have a pump, pumping to the sanitary
sewer from a sump but during a storm event de-energize the pump and open the
valve to the storm drain

Layout four may suppose you
normally pump from a sump to the sanitary sewer but in the case of rain you
save the rain water and 72 hours later use it for irrigation.

The possibilities are truly
limitless but starting with a clear understanding of your final goal is
where the system starts to take shape.
